Cote Roche Estate is a magnificent project by wine producer Boutinot, known for its commitment to excellence in every bottle. Located in the enchanting wine regions of France, Cote Roche reflects Boutinot's dedication to creating wines of impeccable quality. With meticulous grape selection and a dedicated production process, each Cote Roche wine embodies the essence of craftsmanship and elegance. The grapes are carefully selected from Montpellier and Béziers. When the grapes are optimally ripe, they are harvested and taken directly to the winery. The winery believes it's important that the wine exudes quality and complexity. Therefore, refined vinification techniques are used. The wine is aged for an impressive six months in oak barrels, creating a warm and complex flavor.
