In total, Antiche Terre Venete boasts an impressive fifty hectares of vineyards growing various grape varieties. They utilize the pergola growing system, unique to this wine region. The Pinot Grigio grapes are grown with love and passion in a perfect environment. Plenty of sunshine and a cool breeze contribute to the results. The harvest is then brought in early in the morning and subjected to strict controls at the Antiche Terre Venete winery. Only the finest Pinot Grigio bunches are used in this white wine.
The result is stunning and very inviting, starting from the moment we open the bottle. We immediately smell a vibrant aroma of green apple, pear, and gooseberry, with a touch of citrus fruit. In the glass, it erupts bright yellow with a slight green sheen. It bursts out of the glass, and our nose reveals nuances of green apple, ripe pear, gooseberry, and a hint of lime zest. On the palate, this Antiche Terre Venete Pinot Grigio offers a fresh taste of apple and lime with hints of green herbs. This beautiful freshness lingers, remaining fresh and very fruity right into the finish.
