The Toso winery is run by brothers Pietro and Gianfranco, and their cousin Massimo. Their great-grandfather, Vicenzo, is at the heart of this innovative winery. The wine is then filtered and stabilized. Before bottling, the wines undergo laboratory analysis and a thorough evaluation. The tested samples are bottled and packaged.
