Dune Rouge capitalizes on Morocco's unique location, where the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean meet, to create a wine with unparalleled natural power. This climate, combined with the diverse soils, offers perfect conditions for growing grapes like Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Carignano. Inspired by the pioneering spirit of Brahim Zniber in the 1920s, Dune Rouge embodies the revival and preservation of Morocco's winemaking traditions. At a time when the struggle for independence threatened these traditions, Zniber took the initiative to revitalize the neglected vineyards left behind by the French. This resulted not only in the revival of Morocco's forgotten wine industry but also in a flourishing not seen since ancient times.
