The 2018 vintage was an exceptionally good year in Chile, awarded 96 points by Robert Parker. The wines from this vintage mature relatively early and are already remarkably approachable.
One of the most successful wines from the renowned Los Vascos winery. This winery is located in Chile, where it has achieved great success. Other wineries in the region look with envy at Los Vascos. Since the late 1980s, this winery has belonged to the most illustrious winery in the world: Château Rothschild. This dynasty of bankers and winemakers revolutionized the Chilean wine world. When the family began focusing on the vast South American country, viticulture received a huge boost. Quality increased, and the number of renowned wine regions steadily increased. Los Vascos boasts beautiful vineyards. As you walk among the vines, you'll gradually fall in love with the breathtaking landscape. The exquisite juice has been aged in oak for a full 12 months. The barriques in which the wine is aged are from the cooperage owned by Château Lafite-Rothschild. This makes this Los Vascos Grande Reserve even more exclusive. In the aroma and taste of this Chilean red wine, you'll discover an abundance of fresh, ripe fruit.
