In the enchanting Uco Valley, located in the Mendoza province, the Malbec vines ripen at an altitude of 1,100 meters above sea level. At the winery, the process begins with the careful selection of the grapes, after which they are destemmed and crushed. Before fermentation begins, the grapes undergo a cold maceration. Fermentation takes place using indigenous yeasts, which reflect the natural characteristics of the grapes. For approximately 20 days, the must is carefully macerated on the skins, with the wine being regularly pumped over and separated from the skins. This process contributes to the wine's complexity and depth, while preserving the characteristic characteristics of the Malbec grape. After fermentation, a portion of the wine is transferred to French oak barrels, where it ages for 10 months.
