The origin, grapes and craftsmanship behind this wine.

The Pinot Noir grape. Entire books have been written about this headstrong grape, and not everyone is initially charmed by it. But once you're a fan of this headstrong grape, you'll never want anything else. Pinot Noir's birthplace is Burgundy, where, along with Chardonnay, it defines the landscape of this prominent region. However, this unique grape also thrives in other parts of the world, including the inland areas of Narbonne in the south of France.

This Les Volets Pinot Noir is produced by the impressive Boutinot winery. This winery is a leader in French winemaking. It originated in the Rhône but has grown enormously. It now owns several vineyards in the Aude department. The vineyards are located near the Aude River, which benefits the growth of the beautiful bunches of Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir thrives in a sunny climate, with the necessary freshness of a river, for example.

True Pinot Noir fans will be lining up for this magnificent sensation from Les Volets. A Pinot Noir that truly shines. You'll taste the quality and craftsmanship that went into this red wine. You'll taste the record hours of sunshine. You'll taste the finesse often found only in Pinot Noir. You'll taste fresh raspberries and soft red fruit. The fine tannins and earthy character linger beautifully on the palate. A masterpiece from this French winery. It doesn't matter whether you enjoy Les Volets Pinot Noir with or without food. It's important not to drink it too warm.
