In our opinion, there are several reasons for this. The vineyards are located in the best spots in the Languedoc Roussillon, where the climate is slightly cooler. Moreover, the winemaker at Tour Saint Martin is extremely talented. He gives the grapes plenty of attention, allowing them to develop into full, firm clusters. And you can taste that in the flavor.

A French red wine made from the Merlot grape

The Merlot grape is inextricably linked to French winemaking. It was the first to be used commercially and extensively in Bordeaux vineyards.
