The driving force behind this beautiful red wine is a massive cooperative that has dominated the Ardeche vineyards for years. Founded in 1994, this cooperative continues to be a leader in Ardeche wines. By collaborating with many different winegrowers, both small and large, it has access to a vast quantity of grapes. In practice, this means more than 9,500 hectares! An incredible amount.

Les Terrasses d'Ardèche Rood is a beautiful blend of various grape varieties. First and foremost, Syrah and Grenache. It's no coincidence that these grape varieties are widely planted in the Ardeche. With the Rhône as its immediate neighbor, you'll find many typical Rhône grapes planted. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are also used for Les Terrasses d'Ardèche Rood. These four varieties combine to create a successful red wine that we've slowly but surely fallen in love with.
