Surrounded by stunning natural areas, the Merlot grapes grow and enjoy the best weather. Over the years, L'Impossible has invested heavily in modern winemaking techniques and enchanting vineyards. The quality has improved dramatically, and this is clearly reflected in the ripe and smooth style of this red wine.
The old Merlot vineyard of L'Impossible
This refined red wine comes from southern France and is made from Merlot grapes, specifically from the beautiful Languedoc wine region. Here, the Merlot grapes receive ample sunshine, resulting in a soft, rich wine. The bunches also benefit from the cooling breeze that blows through the vineyards. This cools the harvest, resulting in a long and well-balanced ripening season. The harvest is brought in early in the morning to protect the grapes during transport to L'Impossible. Upon arrival at the winery, the bunches are inspected, and only the finest are pressed. The red juice is of excellent quality and delivers exactly what the winemaker desires. A soft red wine with plenty of power and rich red and black fruit. The aroma and taste of the L'Impossible Merlot
The aroma offers a rich and soft bouquet of red fruits like strawberries, raspberries, and cherries, complemented by a hint of spice and berries. The taste is truly smooth, incredibly smooth. Beautiful ripe flavors of black and red fruit, with hints of vanilla and chocolate.Product details
