The grapes are grown with the utmost precision and skill. At ideal ripeness, the grapes are harvested by hand and rigorously selected. Only the finest juice should make it into the bottle. And they've certainly succeeded, because this Magali rosé is pure and very stylish. During the pressing process, there's light skin contact, giving this Figuiere Magali rosé its beautiful light pink color, typical of the Côtes de Provence.
The aroma is wonderfully soft with delicate hints of young red fruit and a touch of citrus. It finishes with a subtle spiciness. The palate is delightfully fresh, with notes of strawberry, cherry, lime, and a touch of blossom. The finish is a lovely long, crisp, dry finish.
