The Corette vineyards in the South of France

Founders Catherine and Laurent Delaunnay made waves in Burgundy and the Côtes du Rhône. However, their ambitions are boundless. They decided to produce high-quality wines in France's largest wine region: Languedoc-Roussillon. A region where quality was questionable in the past, they now produce excellent wines that are often affordably priced. The climate, in particular, is Languedoc-Roussillon's secret weapon. Fortunately, Corette has access to some of the finest vineyards, resulting in exceptionally high-quality Cinsault grapes for this rosé.

Corette grows a variety of grapes in her vineyards. However, all her wines are single-varietal wines. This means each wine is made from just one grape. This way, Corette aims to bring the power of the grape and the influence of the vineyard to the wine. This Rosé is also made from just one grape: Cinsault. This is unique, as this grape is often paired with Grenache or Syrah. Corette demonstrates that Cinsault can also produce beautiful wines on its own. The nuances in the glass are quite vibrant.
