This delicious Montalis Gris Rosé is produced in the heart of France, in the Languedoc-Roussillon region to be precise. The warm sun, cool breezes, and chalky soils prove to be the perfect conditions for the Cinsault and Grenache Noir grapes. And so, not only is the exterior a feast for the eyes, but the interior is perhaps even more beautiful. Enticing aromas leap from the glass, and the palate surprises with fresh flavors and lively acidity.
The high quality of Montalis Gris Rose
To maintain their high quality, Fonjaya's vineyards are carefully monitored. This outstanding winery was founded by Mr. Calmel and Mr. Besombes, world-class winemakers. It all began in 1950 when they collaborated with local winemakers to produce superb wines. This formed the foundation for their quality wines. This Montalis Gris Rosé is made from Grenache and Cinsault grapes, which are located near the renowned Côtes de Provence wine region. When the grapes are fully ripe, they are carefully harvested by hand and taken directly to the winery. A gentle pressing and cold maceration follows, preserving the delicious aromas. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature to create a fresh wine. After blending, the wine is bottled, and we can now enjoy this lively Montalis Gris Rosé.Full and very powerful this Montalis Gris Rosé
And the result is impressive. In the glass, this Montalis Gris Rosé radiates a bright salmon pink with a subtle orange hue. The nose is powerful, with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and peach. Refined citrus notes and a hint of grenadine enhance the aroma. The palate is sublime. Beautifully slightly dry, with plenty of room for the red fruit. The elegant notes of apple, peach, and cherry in the background complete the experience. This wine pairs beautifully with summer salads, fish dishes, or light pasta dishes.Product details
