This Pamploon Colors Rosé from the renowned Château du Rouët winery in the Côtes de Provence boasts unparalleled purity. Founded in 1840, the winery is nestled at the foot of the red mountains near Fréjus. The area is densely wooded and boasts a pure and natural beauty. This is reflected in this Pamploon Colors Rosé: the purity, honesty, and purity that many wineries can only dream of. Currently, the fifth generation is at the helm of this family estate, and all the knowledge has been passed down throughout the generations, a trait that contributes to the quality of the wines. The vineyards are surrounded by forests that protect the harvest from the strong mistral wind. This gives Château du Rouët's rosé wines a slightly more robust flavor.

The old vineyard of Pamploon rosé

The beautiful old vineyards for this Pamploon Rosé are situated at an altitude of 550 meters, allowing the sun to alternate with the natural coolness of the night. The powerful bed-dome structure, with its abundance of red stones and natural volcanic features, gives the harvest a uniquely powerful aroma and flavor. This Pamploon Rosé is made from two grape varieties, Grenache and Cinsault, both harvested separately. Once the bunches are ripe, they are hand-harvested in the early morning. Then, gently pressed, the winemaker creates the perfect marriage of the two grape varieties. And we can tell you, it's a great success.

Tasted in a top restaurant?

Many sommeliers from renowned top restaurants have put the Pamploon Colors Rosé on the menu. So, you might have come across this rosé at a trendy beach club or a top restaurant. Why? Well, this rosé has an unparalleled purity combined with fresh red fruit and a touch of orange. But let's start our description with pouring this Pamploon Colors Rosé. A beautiful light pink color with orange highlights is revealed. It flows from the glass, giving our nose impressions of strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit, and lime. The fresh style continues on the palate, as the palate receives fresh notes of red fruit with a touch of lime. On the back of the palate, some grapefruit and unripe orange complete the perfect finish. In short, this Pamploon Colors Rosé is a truly exquisite glass of rosé from the Côtes de Provence.
