Aix Rosé always manages to surprise us, and we can state that this 15-liter bottle of Aix Rosé is the largest bottle of Provence rosé ever produced. It is enormous and packed in a beautiful wooden crate; you can get as many as 140 glasses of rosé out of this bottle! So, for a party or get-together, it is incredibly fun to pour from this large 15-liter bottle. A tip: use a wheelbarrow to cool the bottle with ice cubes and water. You can also easily pour while the mega-bottle lies in the wheelbarrow.
On the nose, a ripe bouquet of strawberry, raspberry, and red currants, but also a hint of blossom and citrus fruit. The grapes are hand-picked this year, and you can tell by the pure juice; only the best grapes are eligible for this magnificent rosé. You can taste that clearly in this rosé: plenty of elegance with nuances of red fruit, grapefruit, lime, and a hint of lavender and blossom. But above all, it is softer and fuller in taste than previous years. 2023 is therefore ultimate for Aix de Provence.
