The Aaldering couple has truly turned winemaking into an art. They offer many different wines, but one grape stands head and shoulders above the rest: the local hero, Pinotage. Discovered almost a century ago at the University of Stellenbosch, it's now widespread throughout South Africa's vineyards. At Aaldering, they are true experts in the Pinotage grape.
