Roberto Anselmi strives to convey this wisdom and strength to other wineries, a crucial mission to ensure quality is maintained. Well, that's certainly true with Anselmi's white wines, as the yield per hectare is low, yet the final juice is of unparalleled quality. The beautiful vineyards are situated at the right altitude, allowing the grapes sufficient coolness, resulting in a ripe yet refined white wine. Roberto Anselmi also produces two single-vineyard wines, the Capitel Foscarino and the Capital Croce, known for their purity and power. The base wine, San Vicemzo—well, "basic wine" isn't the right word—is a very accessible wine in which you can clearly taste the Garganega grape. What a beautiful series, and we are proud of it.
