Domaine Bis by Biscaye, located near Montpellier, is a historic wine estate with over a century of heritage. This beautiful property, known as "Clos l'Armet," has been in the Biscaye family for five generations. Emmanuel Biscaye took over the estate fifteen years ago after the death of his grandfather. As a young student, he faced the challenge of revitalizing the estate and dedicated himself to modernizing both the vineyard and the winemaking and production equipment.Under Emmanuel's inspiring leadership, Domaine Bis by Biscaye has undergone a significant transformation. His vision was clear: to transition from a production-focused to a quality-focused strategy. This ambitious shift has paid off. In 2010, Emmanuel marked a milestone for the estate with the first bottling of wine on its own estate. This was a turning point in the estate's history, emphasizing the quality and unique character of Domaine Bis by Biscaye.
