Bon Courage, located in Robertson Valley, has been producing wine since the early 19th century. However, it wasn't until 1927, when the Bruwer family settled there, that it truly became a winery of significance. Thanks to investments in the winery and its vineyards, the winery is now among the top in Robertson Valley. The third generation is now at the helm. However, much has changed since its founding. The biggest change occurred in 1983, when Bon Courage became an estate. This means that all grapes must come exclusively from the estate.
