Curatolo Arini has existed since 1875 and was originally a producer of Marsala. In the 1970s, the family decided to also produce still wines, incidentally from the same grape varieties and the same vineyards. The winery is modernly equipped, and although the fifth generation now works in the business, modern techniques are not shunned—as long as they contribute to improving quality. "Nella nostra famiglia, un 'va bene' non basta" is the family motto, which loosely translates to "In our family, 'okay' is not good enough." They constantly strive to improve quality, both in the vineyard and in the cellars.
