The Sancerre Blanc vineyards are widely distributed. They are spread across the best hillsides of the villages of Chavignol, Sainte Gemme, Ménétréol, Amigny, Thauvenay, and Sancerre. The vineyards face south, southwest, and the grape variety is 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The vines are on average 30 years old. The soil varies depending on the hillside, but is primarily composed of 40% limestone, 30% flint, and 30% clay. Harvest takes place in early October. Winemaking is done traditionally in temperature-controlled stainless steel and enameled vats. The 2007 Cuvée Sancerre Blanc received a star* in the renowned 2009 Guide Hachette!
