The Cava of MVSA

MVSA's beautiful cavas are made by Vallformosa—a well-known name when it comes to the Spanish pride of Cava. Located in Penedes, the winery boasts some of the most beautiful and oldest vineyards in the area. These old vineyards are filled with Macabeo, Parellada, and Xarel-lo grapes for the white cavas, while Garnacha and Terpat are used for the rosé. The grapes are planted in the perfect climate, receiving abundant sunshine, resulting in a ripe and full harvest. Fortunately, the wind from the sea protects the bunches from the sun. This strong wind cools the grapes during the hot summers, resulting in a lovely, fresh start in the cavas. The exception is the Demi Sec, which has a slightly sweet flavor.

The MVSA Cava from Spain
