The Merlot vineyards in California

At Dark Horse, they know how to produce top-notch wines. This is largely due to the sublime quality of their vineyards. Everything seems to fall into place under the Californian sun. The vineyards are situated in the most ideal locations, perfectly aligned with the sun. Furthermore, the vines are somewhat older, further enhancing the quality. Once the Merlot grapes are deemed ripe enough, they are harvested under the strict supervision of winemaker Beth Liston. Each cluster of Merlot grapes is carefully selected before becoming part of the renowned Dark Horse Merlot.

You'll taste oak, vanilla, and chocolate, thanks to subtle oak aging. But swirl the red wine around your mouth, and you'll discover an abundance of fruit: blackberries, plums, cherries, and raspberries.
