The grapes are hand-picked. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. Two years after the harvest, the wine is bottled and stored in an air-conditioned cellar. Le Credo de Cazes was produced in collaboration with René Barbier, the renowned winemaker of Clos Mogador, in Priorat, Spain. Domaine Cazes is one of the largest and most prominent biodynamic wineries in Europe. The process is fully monitored by Ecocert, the official body that awards the Eco certificate only for compliance with very strict regulations.
