Located in Fleys (a small town between Chablis and Tonnerre), Domaine des Genèves is a family-owned estate spanning 14 hectares and has been for three generations. Domaine des Genèves offers a unique range of wines, from Premier Cru to white Burgundies (Vaucoupin, Ovens, and Mont de Milieu). The wine is produced on 10 hectares. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats where it undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
