The grapes for this Sessantanni come from select vineyards in the municipalities of San Marzano and Sava. The vines are sometimes over 80 years old! The quality is therefore unparalleled. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels. Yes, you read that right.
