The grapes are sourced from all vineyards, with the lighter grapes selected for this wine, for example, because they come from young vines. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a temperature of 19°C, which allows the fruit to remain beautifully in the wine. With an alcohol content of less than 12%, beautiful acidity, and virtually no residual sugar, it is a delicious, invigorating white wine that is easy to drink and enjoy. Pure drinking pleasure!
