French wines from Maison Robert Vic

Maison Robert Vic is a true family business with five generations of experience in French winemaking. It was founded by François Bergon, who distilled grape skins. Each generation, including George Vic and Robert Vic, contributed to the winery's current winemaking tradition. It was George Vic who pioneered the development of the vineyards in the 1960s, planting them with high-quality grape varieties. The family is still reaping the benefits of this practice – literally.

The wines of Maison Robert Vic

Maison Robert Vic's vineyards total 180 hectares, currently managed by the fifth generation, Jerôme Vic and his wife Aurélie. Unique to Maison Robert Vic's vineyards is their widespread distribution, from Libron to Limoux and even near the inactive volcano Roque Haute. Furthermore, the family has planted a very diverse range of grapes. Many different grapes are used in Maison Robert Vic's wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Grenache Noir, Viognier, Vermentino, and so on. All different grapes that thrive under the same exceptional conditions.
