Château Minuty is a renowned winery with an excellent reputation in Provence. It has existed since 1850, but only when it was acquired by Gabriel Farnet (grandfather of the current owners) in 1936 did it quickly become recognized as one of Provence's finest winemakers. Today, Jean-Etienne and François manage the estate, maintaining their focus on quality and producing excellent wines at a very reasonable price. All Château Minuty wines are distinguished by their serious, complex character, perfectly suited to Provençal cuisine and a fixture on the finest wine lists of the Côte d'Azur.
