The delicious wines of Pasos de La Capula come from the renowned Spanish plateau of Castile. This region is known as the oldest wine region in Spain. Its characteristics are wonderfully warm summers and cool but pleasant winters. The grapes for the delicious Verdejo are grown at an altitude of 800 meters. Tempranillo requires more oomph and history, and is therefore used with vines that are at least 30 years old. Pasos de La Capula offers two delicious varieties that are perfect for a delightful house wine or a wine for a party. The red is entirely Tempranillo, and the white is a beautiful Verdejo.
