The estate has been located in the Languedoc region since 1995. The vineyards are situated in higher altitudes and have diverse terroirs, allowing for the best possible concentration of flavors. The main goal is to achieve consistent and optimal quality year after year. This result is achieved by applying modern vinification processes and aging the wine in smaller barrels than usual. Blends are then made, including for the varietal wines, from at least three wines from different soils. This ensures that all the wines are of excellent and consistent quality, perfectly meeting the demands of today's consumers.
