Roeno's history begins with founder Rolando Fugatti, who realized his dream in Valdadige in the 1960s. Rolando is a Prussian name meaning "glory of the land." He was a generous man and dedicated to his work. Today, Roberta, Cristina, and Giuseppe carry out the important tasks at the winery. Along with their mother, Giuliana, and a wonderful chef, they provide exceptional hospitality and a dynamic business, and are highly respected not only in Italy but worldwide. Discover Roeno's range here. Roeno is located on the border of Veneto and Alto Adige, east of Lake Garda. The family business was founded in the 1960s by Rolando Fugatti, who has since passed it on to the second generation: Roberta, Cristina, and Giuseppe. Roeno produces fresh, mountain-pure wines, characteristic of the region. They use the local specialty, Gewürztraminer, and create surprising red wines from the local grape varieties Marzemino and Teroldego. They also use Müller Thurgau, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay.
