For this beautiful prosecco, we visit the old vineyards in Montello - Colli Asolani, along Presa No. 3. Here, the Glera grapes for this ripe and especially smooth prosecco grow. But this cultivation doesn't happen automatically; the Prapian winemakers work hard to obtain the best and most beautiful harvests. Nature, of course, plays a role in this, as the warm summers allow the grapes to ripen superbly. The right amount of wind cools the grapes, ensuring a smooth and balanced ripening process.
