The estate is located in Spinetoli, in the Rosso Piceno region north of Ancona. It dates back to the early 1970s, when local wines received DOC status. The expansive estate, with its 200 hectares of vineyards, enlisted the help of renowned oenologists Domenico d'Angelo and Roberto Cipresso for vinification. The results of this collaboration are astonishing! Viticulture has become completely organic. Cipresso employs a plot-specific selection based on soil type, exposure, and varietal characteristics.
