The Feudo di Santa Tresa winery is named after the old winery of the same name near Vittoria. Dating back to the 17th century, the farm was revived in 2002 by Stefano and Marina Girelli. They restored the 50-hectare estate to its former glory and have been producing exclusively organic wines since 2009.The vineyards are in magnificent condition. Thanks in part to the cool Mediterranean breeze, the grapes are ripening perfectly. The vines are growing accessible varieties like Nero D'Avola and Grillo, but lesser-known names like Fiano and Frappato have also secured their place in the vineyards.
