The Sierra Noble wines

The principle behind Sierra Noble is unique; few other wineries share its vision. Like many others, Sierra Noble carefully considers where each grape thrives. However, Sierra Noble isn't limited by national borders or even continents. Their winemakers literally travel the globe, selecting the very best locations for their grapes. This explains why Sierra Noble's vineyards are located in both Chile and beautiful South Africa. We can truly call it a multinational winery.

Sierra Noble wines from Chile

First, Sierra Noble's talented winemakers arrived in South America. In the vast Chilean landscape, they discovered some of the most impressive vineyards. In the Central Valley, where the grapes for Sierra Noble Cabernet Sauvignon grow, the conditions are truly excellent. Thanks to the ocean to the west and the mighty Andes Mountains to the east, the climatic conditions are sublime. By planting the Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards further east, they receive more sun and less cooling, making Sierra Noble Cabernet Sauvignon a truly exceptional wine.

Sierre Noble wine from South Africa

The winemakers' journey continues. After visiting many wine countries, both well-known and lesser-known, they finally arrived in South Africa, last on their list. Here in the Western Cape, you're practically overwhelmed by vineyards; as far as the eye can see, countless vines thrive in the South African soil. The wind is strong in the Western Cape, and it was here that they decided to plant the white grape varieties. The Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay thrive in the wind and, in addition to their spicy aromas, possess a delightful freshness.
