Valenciso is a classic winery nestled in the heart of the Rioja region. Its original goal was to produce the best Reserva in the region. Valenciso has succeeded, and its wines have already received numerous awards for their outstanding quality. Besides the Reserva wines, Valenciso now also produces a very fine Crianza, and even a white and a rosé. The soil in which the grapes grow is calcareous and well-drained, resulting in a beautiful terroir. The vineyards are centrally located between several well-known villages in the Rioja region, including Haro, Briones, and Villalba.
