This phenomenal white wine is produced by the highly respected Bourdic winery. This winery traces its origins back to 1928. Back then, a handful of winegrowers in the area around Nîmes decided to join forces. By collaborating intensively and pooling their resources, they were already able to produce high-quality wines. This collaboration proved to be a resounding success. Today, the cooperative consists of 100 winegrowers who still share the same vision as their founders almost 100 years ago.

The foundation for this Eclat de Saphir is the ever-refreshing Sauvignon Blanc. This stunning grape is grown in the most beautiful vineyards in southwest France. With the Mediterranean Sea within easy reach, the grapes grow even better. The gentle sea breeze that blows through the vineyards, especially at night, only benefits the growing process.
