Domaine Les Salices comes from François Lurton, the man who also produces fantastic wines in Chile, Argentina, and Spain. He is an expert wine pioneer with a passion for innovation. Lurton comes from a family of winemakers. As the only family member, he doesn't own any vineyards in Bordeaux, but he does own some in the south of France. He grows grapes in various locations in the Languedoc region and produces a variety of wines there. One of the most striking grape varieties is undoubtedly Sauvignon Blanc. This grape is particularly popular with those who enjoy crisp, dry, and uncomplicated wines. It's an excellent grape in today's impatient age. The wines should be enjoyed young and have vibrant and refreshing aromas. The grape likely originated in Bordeaux but has also been seen in the Loire Valley for some time. It now grows in various wine regions worldwide, including the Languedoc, where the Les Salices winery is located. Here, they produce wines of outstanding quality.

This Les Salices Sauvignon has a wonderful aroma: lovely notes of lemon and lime followed by hints of white flowers like honeysuckle and exotic fruit. The palate is round and very refined, with a clear taste of the Sauvignon Blanc grape, lovely nuances of grapefruit, passion fruit, and gooseberry, along with a hint of minerals and lime.
