Chardonnay – DO Cariñena, Aragón
Chardonnay is known for its versatility and ability to clearly express terroir.
The grapes undergo 18 hours of cold skin maceration to extract aromatic compounds. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures between 15 and 18 °C to preserve freshness and fruitiness.
In the glass, this Chardonnay displays a clear pale yellow color with green hues. The nose is fresh and clean with intense aromas of green apple, pineapple, and tropical fruits, complemented by white flowers and aromatic herbs. On the palate, the wine is fruity with refreshing notes and a long, elegant finish.
