The vineyards are perfectly positioned to receive the sun, allowing the Chardonnay grapes to ripen evenly. A fresh breeze provides the necessary cooling, allowing the harvest to ripen for a long time. The strong soil structure provides the grapes with everything they need. Once the harvest is ripe, the Chardonnay bunches are harvested early in the morning. They are transported in small crates to Denis Marchais.
Here, the bunches are gently pressed, and the juice is aged for several months in the Denis Marchais cellars. The wine develops in the barrel, acquiring all the beautiful aromas and flavors of the oak. This is clearly noticeable when pouring this Premium Chardonnay, revealing a golden yellow color that beautifully clings to the glass.
