Characterful taste of Alpasion WhatAboutMe? Malbec
Alpasión WhatAboutMe? Malbec grows in the beautiful Los Chacayes region of Valle de Uco, at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level. Here, it enjoys a unique environment with sandy, stony, and alluvial soils, and a special high trellis system for the vines. All of this contributes to the growth of top-quality Malbec grapes. After eight years, the vines are perfectly ripe and produce grapes full of flavor and character. Alpasión's expert team ensures optimal yield and density of the grapes.
At Alpasión, they are committed to both tradition and innovation in the making of WhatAboutMe? Malbec. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, carefully selected, and finally destemmed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks using natural yeasts. This allows the natural aromas and flavors of the Malbec grape to truly shine. Fermentation takes a total of approximately 12 days. Everything is focused on flavor and preserving the fruit.
