Ambroisie Winery is located in the Loire Valley, where it has been producing exquisite wines for decades. It specializes in d'Anjou rosé wines. Historically, wines from the d'Anjou region were known for their simplicity and simplicity, but that has changed significantly in recent years. While the wines haven't lost their traditional flavor profiles, their quality has skyrocketed. The magnificent Ambroisie Winery has also continued to develop; its vineyards have been improved, and they now have access to the latest winemaking techniques. This ensures the purity and potency of this Rosé d'Anjou.
The harvest of the Rose d'Anjou
The old vineyards have been in the family's possession for decades. They are spread throughout the Anjou region, stretching from part of Muscadet to the Touraine region. Here, the bunches receive plenty of sunlight, allowing the winemaker to achieve a vigorous harvest. A very light breeze cools the bunches slightly, improving the quality of the Cabernet Franc bunches. When the harvest is ripe, which is late in the season, the bunches are harvested early in the morning. This prevents damage to the bunches during transport to the Ambroisie winery.
