Every step is purely handmade

Jean-Jacques Cattier and his son Alexandre are tenth- and eleventh-generation champagne growers. They produce the prestige cuvées of Armand de Brugnac. Their dream is to create top-quality champagne that combines the very best of the region. The family has over 250 years of experience working the Champagne vineyards and can therefore call themselves experts in selecting the finest grapes. Only eighteen highly skilled people are involved in the production of all Armand de Brignac champagnes. From pressing the grapes to the moment the bottles leave the cellars, every step is purely handcrafted, from picking the grapes to polishing each bottle and applying the pewter labels. The team doesn't have to worry about producing large quantities and can therefore pay attention to the smallest details at every step of the process.

What does Armand de Brignac Blanc de Blancs taste like?

This 100% Chardonnay cuvée is made with fruit from a traditional Chardonnay terroir, the Côte des Blancs, and almost half of the blend comes from the renowned Montagne de Reims. This unique blend delivers the minerality, suppleness, roundness, and lightness of the Montagne de Reims terroir and has considerable aging potential. We can certainly confirm that this is a top-notch champagne. The aroma offers a beautiful palette of white fruit, minerals, and floral notes. The palate is smooth and has a very refined bubble, a ripe, soft flavor with abundant white fruit and hints of citrus and flowers. But so incredibly delicious! Unprecedentedly beautiful quality.
