By only partially filling the wooden barrel, a layer of yeast cells forms on the wine: the Flor. This is a term we also find in Sherry wines. Domaine Baud is currently one of the most renowned wineries in the Jura. Their wines, despite their distinctive character, captivate our oenologists. This is largely due to the winery's impressive and rich history. Founded in the mid-18th century, the estate has been run by no fewer than nine generations.
