The festivities begin with our flagship wine: Butter & Wood Chardonnay Grande Reserve. An exquisite Chardonnay that's perfect in every aspect. Personally discovered by our oenologists near Narbonne. Created by fermenting only the finest grapes from the vineyards and aging them in wood for up to 12 months! It's a full-bodied wine with intense notes of peach, apricot, vanilla, and creamy butter. Remarkably complex on the finish thanks to a hint of lime freshness and even a hint of Mediterranean herbs. Quite possibly our favorite wine.

Impressions of Les Vignes Chardonnay

A type of Chardonnay similar to the Butter & Wood Chardonnay Reserve, yet slightly different. The vineyards are located further east, further from the Mediterranean Sea. A Chardonnay produced by the talented winemakers at Bourdic. The oak aging is slightly shorter. This is because the Chardonnay grapes from Les Vignes are fuller-bodied: no frills for this wine! The palate is different: ripe mango and roasted nuts. Plump apricots blend with hazelnuts. The secret: Bourdic adds a tiny amount of Viognier to the wine, giving Les Vignes Chardonnay Reserve a truly unique flavor.

Denis Marchais Premium Chardonnay

Here, the bunches are gently pressed, and the juice is aged for several months in the Denis Marchais cellars. The wine develops in the barrel, acquiring all the beautiful aromas and flavors of the oak. This is clearly noticeable when pouring this Premium Chardonnay, revealing a golden yellow color that beautifully clings to the glass. Rich aromas of tropical fruit, vanilla, and other spices predominate. A vigorous swirl of the glass reveals hints of peaches and roasted nuts. On the palate, this Denis Marchais Premium Chardonnay offers a lovely richness on the tongue with plenty of overripe yellow fruit. On the cheeks, there are hints of spice and vanilla, with ample oak. This is simply a superb glass of wine for any Chardonnay lover.
