The Morena Bianca Lugana grapes grow on a clayey, limestone-covered soil dating back to the time when the entire area was covered by Alpine glaciers. The grapes are harvested and selected in the early morning hours. After selection, the 20-day fermentation begins at a controlled temperature. After this is complete, the Morena Bianca Lugana matures in stainless steel tanks for another five months before being bottled.
