At Born Rose, it's all about enjoyment. No fuss, just open the bottle and enjoy a good rosé. They believe that far too much of it revolves around old-fashioned winemaking and complicated fuss. While it should be about the substance. They're convinced that the wine world can be more relaxed and enjoyable. And that's precisely why they created a different brand. They draw inspiration from rosés from France's Provence, the West Coast of the United States, and the Scandinavian countries. But there was one thing missing: rosé from Barcelona itself. In 2019, they launched Born Rose Barcelona. A different kind of rosé, designed to be light and open.
Organic Pinot Noir grapes for Rose Brut
In addition to a still version, which proved very successful, a sparkling brut was a must. They are also proud to launch this sparkling Rose Brut. Made entirely from organic grapes and naturally fermented, it has a fresh taste and perfectly persistent bubbles.
The Born Rosé Brut is a wine made entirely from organic Pinot Noir grapes. Pinot Noir is an elegant grape and particularly well-suited for sparkling wine. It's no wonder this grape is such a key player in Champagne. The difference with the Champagne production method is the way the beautiful bubbles are bottled. The Charmat method is used. This means the secondary fermentation, which creates the bubbles, takes place not in the bottle but in stainless steel tanks. This method optimally preserves the aromas in the nose and flavor.
Enjoy the fresh Born Rose Barcelona Brut
It's an elegant wine with dominant citrus aromas of orange and grapefruit. This is complemented by notes of red fruit like cherries and strawberries. Floral and some methol notes are present in the background. The palate is immediately fresh and fruity, and the mouthfeel is balanced with perfect acidity and a lingering sweet fruit note.
