Description
Bottega Zero is exactly what you'd expect from a sparkling wine, but with zero alcohol content. Thanks to the charm of its bubbles, it's the perfect wine for toasting. Bottega's winemakers expertly manage the carbon dioxide levels, giving this Zero White its freshness, vibrancy, and character.
Careful harvest for Bottega Zero White
The winery's history begins in 1977 with the production of grappa—an Italian brandy—when Aldo Bottega and his wife Rosina founded a distillery in the town of Pianzano di Godega in the province of Treviso. After his father's death, Sandro took over the reins. However, he decided to shift to softer, more accessible wines. Prosecco was soon added to the range. In 1987, Alexander joined the team, producing the first hand-blown bottles. Bottega's popularity grew, and today, it is available in over 140 countries. Wherever you go in the world, Bottega bottles are always prominently displayed. The grapes are grown in beautiful vineyards.
During harvest, the grape bunches are picked in designated areas when analyses show a good balance between sugars and acidity. The grapes are then destemmed and gently pressed. This produces a must that is stored in refrigerated tanks to prevent alcoholic fermentation. After adding carbon dioxide, the product is filtered and bottled.
The intense aroma of Zero White Alcohol-Free
The Zero White has a light straw color in the glass. It's characterized by an intense aroma of must, along with fresh, fruity, and floral notes. On the palate, it's a sweet wine, delicate, and above all, wonderfully balanced. It's an excellent base for a fruit-based cocktail. It pairs well with desserts and is ideal for savory breakfasts and snacks.
