The name says it all: this wine exudes beautiful aromas. The Traminer grapes enjoy an excellent climate and are given the time to develop unique characteristics. The final result is an aromatic wine with floral notes and a rich, rounded flavor.
 Distinctive wines from Ca'Bolani

The Zonin family winery is located in the Aquilelia DOC region of northern Italy, bordering Slovenia. Situated right between the Alps and the Adriatic Sea, the terroir is unique. The wines benefit from perfect temperatures with significant fluctuations between day and night, giving them a distinctive character. The winery currently owns a large number of vineyards in northern Italy, including 550 hectares of vines. Surrounded by 999 cypress trees, the vineyards are situated on medium-textured clay soils that provide year-round fertile soil thanks to their high mineral content and the superficial aquifer that provides moisture. Ca'Bolani wines are known for their unique flavor profiles, a result of the region's unique microclimate.

The Traminer grapes are ideally planted on the hills and enjoy the climate. At peak ripeness, they are carefully harvested and taken directly to the cellar. Here, they are left for 12 hours before being gently pressed. Fermentation follows, carried out at a constant temperature, enhancing the aromas. Finally, the wine remains on the lees for a while before bottling.
The scents of Ca'Bolani Traminer Aromatico
With a straw-yellow hue, this Aromatico radiates in the glass. A few golden reflections dance along the rim. The aroma reveals pleasant floral notes that mingle with citrus and mint, typical of the Traminer grape. The palate is rich and rounded, with fruity flavors that are also evident in the aroma. The finish is clean and, once again, very aromatic, enticing you to take another sip.
